Individuals must identify themselves as being with Indiana-ACC 2027 Annual Meeting at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate. The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before the Cutoff Date. Any reservations made after the Cutoff Date shall be at the Hotel’s current available rate. In the event that an individual guest fails to attend, the individual’s credit card will be charged for the first night’s room reservation for the no-show, plus applicable taxes.

To receive a registration refund, less a $25 processing fee, all cancellation requests must be received via email by August 31, 2027, 11:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time. No refunds will be granted thereafter. No-shows will not be refunded.
